We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please double check your order before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Each order is shipped with USPS insurance, which covers lost or damaged items. Once tracking shows a package as delivered, our responsibility ends.
We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS, but the customer is responsible for completing the claim process at USPS.com

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Final Sale Policy
All orders are considered final once placed. No changes, modifications or cancellations will be accepted after checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. We are unable to change addresses after an order has been shipped.
